Kemistar Corporation subsidiary enters strategic supply agreement with Solex Energy

Ahmedabad 17 July 2024: KP International Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ahmedabad-based Kemistar Corporation Limited, has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent from NSE-listed Solex Energy Limited for the execution of a Strategic Supply Agreement (SSA).

Under the terms of this agreement, KP International will receive used, waste, and old solar panels from Solex Energy Limited. This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in Kemistar Corporation’s journey and helps it establish a presence in the renewable energy sector.
