Bhumi Poojan program of world’s largest lion-shaped Maa Durga temple will be held in Sanand taluka on Sunday, November 17.

Ahmedabad 14 November 2024: World’s largest lion-shaped Maa Durga temple is going to be built at Vanalia village in Sanand taluka of Ahmedabad district, which will be an opportunity to worship the unique form of Maa Durga, symbol of spirituality, strength and courage. The function of Bhoomi Pujan has been held on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at 11.30 am at Vanalia village on Nala Sarovar road of Sanand taluka.

According to Dayamurti Guru Maa, “The 21 feet high idol of Maa Durga will be seen inside this temple, along with this, one can take the benefit of darshan of 51 Shaktipeeths. Arrangements for Sadavrat will also be made in this temple premises. This temple will not only be a place of faith, but also a place of unique art and spiritual growth in the world. We are advancing this huge complex for unity, faith and spirituality.”

The complex will include meditation centers for pilgrims, special facilities for refreshment and relaxation, as well as customized activities for the local community. This temple will become a new spiritual and cultural center for the future devotees of Gujarat, which will showcase the importance of the heritage and culture here.

Pujya Dayamurti Guru Maa has extended an invitation to all for this program. In the Bhumi Poojan program of the temple, Param Pujya Dilipadasji Maharaj of Ahmedabad Jagannath Temple, Param Pujya Mohandasji Maharaj of Sai Mandir Thaltej, MLA of Sanand Mr. Kanubhai Patel, President of Vishwa Umia Foundation Mr. R.P. Patel, Mr. Rajeshbhai R. Gandhi of Vadilal Ice Cream will be present.
