GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD 04 APRIL 2025: When actors push their boundaries, the results can be breathtaking. For Mohit Malik, one such moment came while filming a pivotal scene in Season 1, Episode 4, of Chamak. In this heart-wrenching scene, his character, Guru, grapples with suicidal thoughts, marking a turning point in the series.
Mohit shared his experience of filming this challenging scene. He said, “The scene in S1 EP4 where my character, Guru, wanted to commit suicide and is standing near a well, was a very difficult scene for me to shoot. Honestly, it took me some time to get out of it. It was a dark place for me. As an actor, you have to go through various emotions, but this scene was particularly challenging. It required me to tap into a vulnerable and sensitive space, and it took a toll on me emotionally. However, it was also a great learning experience, and I’m proud of how the scene turned out.”
