GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD 01 JUNE 2025: Renowned spiritual leader Morari Bapu has expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives caused by heavy rainfall and extreme weather across various states in India, particularly the Northeastern region. As per reports, at least 19 people have lost their lives in Assam, Mizoram, and Tripura because of torrential rains and resulting calamities.
In a gesture of solidarity and compassion, Morari Bapu has dedicated a contribution of Rs. 2,51,000 to the Chief Ministers’ Relief Funds of the affected states, aimed at supporting ongoing relief and rehabilitation efforts.
Morari Bapu has dedicated financial assistance to families affected by tragedies in Gujarat. Two children from a family residing in Savarkundla tragically drowned in a pond. In another incident, two children drowned at Shankheshwar near Patan. Morari Bapu has dedicated assistance of Rs. 15,000 each to the bereaved families as a token of support. The total assistance of Rs. 60,000 would be provided to the grieving families by the patron of Morari Bapu’s ongoing Ramkatha at Nalanda University.
Morari Bapu has extended his deepest condolences to the bereaved families affected by these unfortunate incidents and offered prayers for the departed souls.
