New Leadership Team Charge at BNI Prometheus

Dr. Shilpa Parasrampuria is the President, Jay Shah the new Vice President, and Krutarth Jardosh the Secretary/Treasurer.

GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD | 22nd SEPTEMBER 2025: A new leadership team has taken charge at BNI Prometheus, a leading chapter of BNI Ahmedabad and part of Business Network International (BNI), the world’s leading business referral organisation.

Dr. Shilpa Parasrampuria has been appointed President of BNI Prometheus, succeeding outgoing president Kushal Dham. Jay Shah is the new Vice President, taking over from Saurabh Panchal, while Krutarth Jardosh has assumed the role of Secretary/Treasurer from Gajanan Pawar. The new leadership team will serve a six-month term.

Commenting on her appointment, Dr. Shilpa Parasrampuria said, “I extend my gratitude to the chapter’s members for entrusting me with this responsibility. My vision, and that of the new leadership team, is to cultivate a more conducive business environment within the chapter. We are committed to elevating BNI Prometheus and its members to even greater heights and have crafted a well-defined strategy to achieve this.”

Jay Shah, the new Vice President, said, “The new leadership team aims to drive business growth and strengthen connections to ensure a brighter and more prosperous future for all members.”

Increasing one-on-one meetings, business referrals, chapter membership, and revenue, while creating additional networking opportunities, knowledge-sharing, and promoting growth, are also central to the new leadership team’s agenda.

The new leadership team acknowledged the contributions of the previous leadership teams in building BNI Prometheus into the thriving network it is today.

Nearly 12 years old, BNI Prometheus is one of the top BNI chapters in the region and makes the highest contribution to the regional team in terms of membership. The chapter has facilitated business worth more than Rs. 550 crore and is poised to grow this figure significantly in the coming years.

Its members represent diverse sectors, including engineering, travel, advertising, construction, financial services, retail, health, employment, manufacturing, real estate, automobiles, food & beverage, among others.
