AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT | 19th JULY 2026 | Oncowin Cancer Center, one of Gujarat’s leading institutions for cancer treatment and blood disease management, organised a cancer awareness programme featuring health and life coach Sapna Vyas on Sunday. The event brought together healthcare experts, cancer specialists and citizens for discussions on cancer awareness, preventive healthcare and overall well-being.
The programme commenced with a yoga session, followed by an interactive cancer awareness talk show featuring Sapna Vyas and cancer specialists from Oncowin Cancer Center. The event focused on the importance of early detection, timely treatment and adopting healthy lifestyle practices to support long-term health.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Rushabh Kothari, Co-founder and Medical Oncologist at Oncowin Cancer Center, said, “Creating awareness is one of the most effective ways to reduce the burden of cancer. Many cancers can be detected early through timely screening, and advances in treatment today have significantly improved outcomes for patients. Through initiatives such as these, we aim to encourage people to prioritise preventive healthcare, recognise warning signs, seek timely medical advice and understand that early diagnosis can significantly improve treatment outcomes.”
The programme formed part of Oncowin Cancer Center’s efforts to promote cancer awareness through public engagement and encourage greater understanding of early diagnosis and evidence-based treatment.
