GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD | 31st DECEMBER 2025 — Rotary District 3055 officially unveiled the poster of the much-awaited Rotary Premier League – Season 1.0 in a grand ceremony held, marking the formal launch of what is being hailed as the first tournament of its kind in the history of Rotary.
The prestigious unveiling ceremony was held in the august presence of:
- District Governor – Rtn. Nigam Chaudhari
- District Governor-Elect – Rtn. Naimesh Ravani
- District Governor-Nominee – Rtn. K. A. Shyamkumar
- Seven Assistant Governors of Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar
- District Sports Chair – Rtn. Saurabh Khandelwal
- Host Club President, Rotary Club of Ahmedabad Skyline – Rtn. Jagender Gupta
Their presence added immense value and significance to the occasion, reflecting strong district-level support for this landmark initiative.
The dignitaries applauded the vision behind the tournament and appreciated the organizing team for conceptualizing a professionally structured, IPL-style cricket tournament that promotes fellowship, leadership, sportsmanship, and Rotary bonding on a grand scale.
Speaking at the event, the District leadership highlighted that the tournament sets a new benchmark in Rotary sporting events, combining:

The tournament is scheduled to be held from 29th January to 1st February 2026 at Rapid Sports Arena, and will feature live telecast, player auctions, and participation from Rotary clubs across the district.
