GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD | 08th AUGUST 2025: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) marked a significant leadership transition during a grand ceremony titled “The Big Shift” held on Thursday in presence of over 600 developers of 40+ cuties of the state, with the induction of new office bearers for both CREDAI Gujarat and CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED.
The event was graced by Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel as Chief Guest. CREDAI National President Shekhar Patel and Quality Council of India (QCI) Chairman Jaxay Shah were also in attendance.
Tejas Joshi, former President of CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED and Managing Director of Vivan Infrastructure, took charge as the new President of CREDAI Gujarat for the term 2025–2027. Simultaneously, Aalap Patel, Director of Som Infrabuild and President-Elect of CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED, assumed the role of President for CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED.
Speaking at the event, Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel lauded CREDAI’s contributions in shaping Gujarat’s urban development and reiterated the government’s support for the sector. He spoke about the government’s infrastructure development policies and attributed the state’s growth to its world-class infrastructure. He added that the country’s real estate sector must become self-reliant by adopting global standards.
In his address, Tejas Joshi said, “It is a matter of great honour to lead CREDAI Gujarat. I look forward to taking up issues related to the real estate sector with government authorities, ushering in greater transparency in the sector, and enhancing cooperation with real estate developers in other cities. Together, we will ensure Gujarat continues to set new benchmarks in real estate.”
The event witnessed the participation of top real estate developers, policymakers, industry leaders, and urban planners from across Gujarat.
