Platform brings together 28 members aged 18 to 21 for leadership development, peer learning and personal growth
AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT | 08th AUGUST 2026 | Playtos Youth Network (PYN), a platform focused on leadership and personal development among young people, has launched its first-ever PYN Aquila circle in Ahmedabad. The initiative brings together young adults aged 18 to 21 for structured peer learning, leadership development and meaningful discussions beyond the classroom.
PYN Aquila comprises 28 members, who will meet twice every month to exchange ideas, discuss real-life challenges, broaden their perspectives and learn from one another. The network offers opportunities to develop communication, leadership and public speaking skills through mentorship, stage exposure and collaborative learning.
The inaugural session on Saturday featured a Skill Sprint by Daksh Suthar on “Influence vs. Influencer”, the induction and pledge of new members, presentations by members and visitors, and a spotlight talk by founder Yash Vasant.
In his address, Yash Vasant said the initiative represented an important step towards creating a space where young people could learn from one another while preparing for life beyond the classroom.
“Fourteen years ago, we launched the first BNI chapter in Ahmedabad, and that experience transformed my own journey. Today, launching the first PYN Aquila circle feels equally significant because it is an investment in young people at the beginning of their lives. Classrooms provide knowledge, but some of the most valuable lessons often come from environments we choose to be part of and people we surround ourselves with. When curious young minds come together with a desire to help one another grow, they do not simply prepare for successful careers. They develop the perspective, character and leadership needed to shape their future,” he said.
PYN circles are intentionally kept small to encourage open dialogue, deeper engagement and lasting relationships among members. The format encourages participants to challenge assumptions, reflect on important life choices and grow through shared experiences in a supportive setting.
The launch of PYN Aquila marks the beginning of Playtos Youth Network’s plans to establish similar circles in other cities, enabling more young people to learn from one another and develop as future leaders.
